Fatal error in 1.6.6/1.6.7 when opening blu-ray drive
MakeMKV BetaのV.1.6.6で導入された変更は、Windows環境で使うと、ある種のBlu-rayドライブで、プログラム・クラッシュ ("Fatal error occurred")を起こすそうです。

どのBlu-rayドライブが該当するかは分かりませんが、V1.6.6/1.6.7を使って"Fatal error occurred"が発生した方は、リンク先からupdate167.zipをダウンロードし、MakeMKVがインストールされたフォルダーの
libdriveio.dll
libdriveio64.dll
を置き換えてみてください。
